Shapira Steinberg – CPA Firm in Jerusalem was founded by Ofer Shapira and Moti Steinberg – accountants with over 28 years of experience. Today, the firm has five accountants and four tax consultants working together to provide accounting and financial services to self-employed individuals, companies, associations and nonprofit organizations from all over the country and in a variety of fields: high-tech, venture capital funds, holdings and investments, construction and infrastructure, food, electronics and communications, medicine, commerce, marketing and more.

BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Specializes in computerized information systems: hardware, software, communications, databases, electronic spreadsheets, information security, computerized information systems control.

Over 28 years of experience in auditing work for a wide range of businesses, and providing economic and accounting services.

25 years of experience working with venture capital funds and high-tech companies, including guiding high-tech companies through the company establishment process and handling recruitment, taxation, work with the Chief Scientist, employee options, financing, budgets, cashflow and more. Experience working with VCs includes all stages of establishing the fund, taxes (rolling), all of the funds’ accounting entries and reports, investments in companies and realization of the investments (through stock issue or exchange of shares) and more.

Served as a member of the Magen David Adom board of directors and as director of the East Jerusalem Development Company

BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Gained over 28 years of experience in auditing work for a wide variety of businesses. Specializes in the area of Chief Scientist support for high-tech companies.

Has for years been engaged in financial examinations and providing accounting and financial opinions to courts, arbitrations and mediations. Has rich experience providing accounting and financial management services to companies working in tourism, high-tech and internet, as well as industrial companies, for some of which he serves as an external comptroller and CFO responsible for the entire financial and accounting system.
