and handling recruitment, taxation, work with the Chief Scientist, employee

Experience working with VCs includes all stages of establishing the
fund, taxes (rolling), all of the funds’ accounting entries and reports,
investments in companies and realization of the investments (through stock
issue or exchange of shares) and more.
Served as a member of the Magen David Adom board of
directors and as director of the East Jerusalem Development Company

which he serves as an external comptroller and CFO responsible for the entire
financial and accounting system.
